City of Evanston: dogs on beaches

Dog Beach is off-leash inside its fenced area, open 6am to 11pm, weather permitting. A season pass is required: free for Evanston residents, paid for others, with a vet-signed application and proof of rabies vaccination. The 2026 season started March 2.
