Town of Kennebunk: dogs on beaches

Southern Maine, Maine

Dogs are allowed on the beaches all day from the day after Labor Day to June 14. From June 15 to Labor Day, only before 9am and after 5pm. Owners must have a leash at hand and pick up after their dogs.

  • Gooch's BeachNo dogs 9am to 5pm, from June 15 to Labor Day. Dogs allowed the rest of the time (local leash laws apply)
  • Middle BeachNo dogs 9am to 5pm, from June 15 to Labor Day. Dogs allowed the rest of the time (local leash laws apply)
  • Mother's BeachNo dogs 9am to 5pm, from June 15 to Labor Day. Dogs allowed the rest of the time (local leash laws apply)
